Our content development team has more than 75 years of combined experience. The members of the team are all trained in Instruction Design, and they have a total of about 27 different certificates between them, as well as experience in a variety of industries. This enables them to create material for any type of organisation or hierarchy. We don't create material just for the sake of it; we create it to address a problem.
This may be seen in the strategy and process we use while creating content. Though the ideas are well-known and universal, the exercises, activities, debates, case studies, and other materials are unique in that they were developed in-house and are rarely found in the L&D universe's open repository. Of course, we do use specialist and renowned institution material for senior level staff if necessary.
