XAPSOL XTRAMILE PEOPLE SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED was founded in 2014 by Late Mr. Mandeep Chadha and Mr. Debashish Majumdar with the purpose of developing people, processes, and systems for overall organizational growth and going the extra mile.

Our beloved Late Mr. Mandeep Chadha always used to say “I believe it is critical for all the successful organizations to build a people force that have inclination towards two major aspects of growth - developing skills & awareness, and developing the right attitude to implement those skills and awareness. This is important as the business gains of any organization are directly linked to its employee productivity. Our expertise in the field of learning and development ensures that we not only develop skills, but also the attitude to perform.”

Keeping his thoughts in mind, we created XXPSPL as a people excellence and development company that offers a full range of services, including Instructor Led Workshops, Digital Learning Modules, Assessment & Development Centers, Content Development, Train The Trainers, Executive Coaching, Performance Coaching, HR Process and System Revamping, Competency Dictionary Development, and Learning and Program Management System. It caters to the development of entry-level skills as well as senior-level leadership awareness.

XXPSPL has in-house trainers as well as a network of empanelled trainers across India (150 plus locations). Our internal staff consists of seasoned specialists with various facilitation, digital learning, coaching, and development centre qualifications. Members of our executive team have previously led L&D teams in their respective organizations.
